I cannot access any applicant information. Why?

It is because you haven't been added as the landlord.

Your agent needs to enter your email on the property's info page in SoftScreen®. Once they do this, you'll receive an email invitation to join and see all rental offers. This email will have a link for you to log in to your landlord account. If you don’t have an account yet, it will help you create one.

Make sure to accept the invitation in the email! After that, you'll be able to view all rental applications and will be notified whenever someone applies. If you didn’t receive the invitation (maybe it went to spam or was accidentally deleted), don’t worry! You can still access it. Just sign in or create a new landlord account using the same email your agent used to send your invitation. Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to accept the invitation.

If you don’t see it, click on “My Invitations” at the top of your dashboard or “Working with a real estate agent” on your dashboard menu.
