Renters get their TransUnion® reports and fillable rental application BEFORE applying for rent. Pre-Screen shares with only you, NOT with another agent or landlord. Going forward, you can then share these with other agents and landlords. Send an unlimited number of renter invitations to apply for rent.

If the rental is your listing, these will be shared with you and the landlord you represent. (you can loop in the landlord to receive everything)
If the rental is another agent’s or landlord’s listing, these are shared between the renter, YOU, the landlord and the landlord’s agent.
When applying for rent, we also include secure document upload for renter provided proof of income, paystubs, W2s, Photo ID, even bank statements directly from the bank!
