I have not received the applicant’s information. Why?

First, let’s ensure things are in place to receive TransUnion® reports, rental applications, documents, and banking info…

To receive TransUnion® reports and other renter information, you need:

  1. An active SoftScreen® landlord account.

  2. The rental property's address should be entered in SoftScreen®.

If the above are in place, renters can apply, either on their own or via an invitation link you can send to them.

Please note - If you happen to be working with a fantastic real estate agent who has already entered the address, they will need to "Add Landlord" to the rental property in SoftScreen®. This will invite you to receive renter info. Once you accept the invitation (received via email), your account will be linked to the rental property. After completing these steps, you are good to go!
