I represent the tenant - How can I access my client’s information?

Your clients can use SoftScreen® on their own or by invitation. We always suggest inviting your clients.

Clients can share their reports and rental applications with you if you’re onboard as their inviting agent. Entering an invitation for your client tags you as their agent. Now, when your client accepts your invitation, they can share their reports and rental application with you!

Inviting also provides several additional benefits…

You’ll be able to track their progress using “Invitation Management”. We will notify you by email as soon as your client accepts your invitation. And, you’ll be automatically named on their rental application as the representing agent.

If your client chooses not to share reports with you, we are unable to grant access to their information. Your clients can always download and print their information anytime for unlimited portability.
