Why haven’t I received the applicant’s reports and rental application?
It could be as simple as the applicant not having “shared” their information with you.
If the applicant has generated their reports and rental application, these are in their account. Applicants may mistakenly assume getting these is the same as applying for rent, not realizing the need to share their information with you. Fortunately, this is easily solved.
The applicant can accept an invitation to apply for your rental.
Any real estate agent or landlord can send invitations.
If an invitation has already been sent, accepting it is as easy as clicking the “My Invitations” button in their dashboard. (see image of the renter dashboard below)- OR -
Without having an invitation, the applicant can click the “Share Reports” button, enter the property address, and click to share everything with you.
