Automated MLS entry

All listings fall under the domain of the broker.

If your broker has signed on for our automated MLS service, follow these simple steps:

  1. Register with us - create your agent account.
    When registering, use the email address used to log into your MLS.

  2. Enter your rental listing in your MLS as you normally would.

  3. Do not withhold your listing from IDX or other third-party websites (like Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.)

  4. Once your listing is active, it will populate in SoftScreen® within one hour.

Please note:

If you do not have a SoftScreen® account and enter your listing in MLS before registering with us, we will automatically register your new SoftScreen® account. Look for our email with your password reset link. Set your password, and you’re good to go!

You will be guided through address entry, including how to set your standardized renter criteria and inviting the landlord to join distribution.
