How Often Can Reports be Shared, and for How Long?
Unlimited Secure Sharing!
Credit Reports have a limited lifespan. The financial industry's standard time frame is 30 days. That's because no one's credit report stays the same for long. Changes occur daily, weekly, and monthly. Depending on several factors, scores can go up or down. This is why SoftScreen® lets renters continuously generate and share new copies of reports for up to 30 days and keep these copies available for another 30 - that’s up to 60 days.
Printable and downloadable from day one through day 60!
Here's how it works...
Once renters verify their identity with TransUnion®, the first set of reports is immediately generated and placed in their secure account. This is when the 30 day time frame begins.
When another new offer to rent is submitted, fresh reports and a new rental application are generated and saved in the renter’s account. These are securely shared with listing agents, landlords, and the applicant's inviting agent. This process can be repeated over and over during the 30 day period, making multiple rental applications quick and easy in today's competitive market.
Unlimited is always included, so renters don’t have to pay each time. That’s a pretty big deal!
