We rely on the USPS database of nationally recognized addresses. If you are unable to successfully enter the address, please contact us for assistance. Please use this dedicated link and we will enter the address for you: address entry request

If you are unable to view tenant submissions…

If you have an awesome real estate agent, they’ve probably entered the address of your rental and “Invited You” to join “report distribution”.
To view any and all Tenant submissions you may still need to accept your invitation! Please sign in to your SoftScreen® account.

Click “Manage Sent Invitations” - OR - “My Invitations” either one will do the trick!
Accept your invitation to immediately access all tenant submissions.

Once accepted, click 3) Screen Renters - OR - “View Available Reports”.

Please keep in mind that the email address you have used to register with us must be the same email address your agent used when setting things up for you.
If you are unsure, please check with them. Your agent can update the email address if needed.
