These can be printed and downloaded for unlimited renter portability for up to 60 days. Reports and rental applications can be shared with all agents and multiple landlords without limitation.

Renters can access and generate their TransUnion® consumer reports without needing to select an address. That's at any time and for any reason, reports with no strings attached, shared as renters see fit, with their own agents, right out of the starting gate!

When TransUnion® reports, financial information, and personal documentation need to be shared with other agents and landlords, we handle it all. This makes us the smart, safe choice to send consumer data.

Every address in our secure system is a real, verified U.S. address. We check the US Postal Service’s database of known addresses in real time to safeguard against fraudulent entries.

WE'RE FASTER
Renters can pull and share their TransUnion® reports without having to first fill out a lengthy rental application! Our Best In Class Rental Application is automatically provided upon report generation and immediately shared upon renter completion.

CUSTOMIZED CRITERIA - Fair Housing
We provide the ability to customize applicant criteria for every rental, ensuring renters (and their agents) know what landlords and listing agents expect to receive and that all are treated equally. 

DOCUMENT UPLOAD
At no additional cost, we provide a secure document upload so renters can provide information supporting their applications to rent—documents like paystubs, photo IDs, banking data, etc. Most competitors charge an additional fee for this service.

SECURE BANKING DOWNLOAD
At no additional cost, we provide direct, secure, online banking sign-in to share financials IF and when the landlord has requested it. This option is available if needed, provided free of charge.

UN-SHARE. PRIVACY BY DESIGN
"Un-Share" is a pretty big deal! This lets applicants click a button to revoke access to their personal information. This unique feature enables renters to control the distribution of their personal information AFTER it has been shared with others.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE
We automatically provide seamless legal compliance, delivering only the reports that are allowed when screening for a tenancy in jurisdictions enforcing statutory limitations. (Currently New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Florida)
